Nine degrees at 9am. Last night's squally rainstorm (through which we three intrepid souls trudged uphill home) has left us with snow on Monte Giove, the mountains of Lombardy and the Alps. And the first wintry wind of the season.
The mountains & the lake, people & places, children & chickens, frescoes & felines, barbera & books.

I have to admit that i have purchased adn lost more sunhats in the last three years than in all the preceeding years put together.
Think of it this way: a lost or forgotten hat is a reason to return to that same place in the future. :) - Thursday, 13 November, 2008
