Louise, that artists name is Jeff Koons. The pieces are made out of stainless steel with a mirrored finish. I had seen the dog in magazines before my trip, so seeing them in person was a real treat for me!

Wow, you're a great photographer! I am so happy spring is making it's way in Italy. We had a spring snowstorm in Denver but that just greens up everything. We spent some time in Lake Como and can't wait to make our way back again sometime in the future.
