The snow has gone ... let's hope until at least next November, and we can get on with the business of the month, which is watching little things grow.

Ah, what bliss! Snow flurries here yesterday and minus 12 C this morning.
I just discovered that my tulips are all sprouting - spring truly is coming!
Above 10c in the shade and a sunny forecast for mothers day. Like the picture, very nice to see some colour at last.

Lovely little periwinkle flower. Its a plant I love having in flower during early spring when there is little else growing - but this year even my periwinkle isn't in flower yet. We are 3 weeks behind in Spring this year compared to last year in Scotland. Btw Its Mother's Day in the UK today so Happy Mother's Day to you........ even though you probably don't celebrate it in Italy until May time.
