Lovely, and what a great quote. I have some tiny snowdrops just poking up in my backyard...if the rabbits don't eat them I'll photograph them tomorrow. :-)

Above 10c in the shade and a sunny forecast for mothers day. Like the picture, very nice to see some colour at last.

Do we think the snow has gone for good ?
Please say yes, I need some spring springing into life.

Your lovely little blue flower brings a ray of sunshine in my heart to. I hope spring will come to us too soon. This year winter just don't want to leave us and shakes his beard every day a little bit.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I've been clicking around yours -- fascinating! I just had to "follow" (I'm at the very end, 'cause I have a little anonymous avatar instead of an actual photo or anything creative).
I've always wanted to see Italy. Now I can live vicariously... - Saturday, 13 March, 2010

Lovely little periwinkle flower. Its a plant I love having in flower during early spring when there is little else growing - but this year even my periwinkle isn't in flower yet. We are 3 weeks behind in Spring this year compared to last year in Scotland. Btw Its Mother's Day in the UK today so Happy Mother's Day to you........ even though you probably don't celebrate it in Italy until May time.

I like your quote about the flowers. Yes, these colorful beauties pack a lot of punch for their diminutive size!
