Warm Sunny day but rain forecast. The long range for August is another hot spell 40oC in places. I see that the French army have managed to set fire to their own country with incendaries. There is no hope for them.

Did someone say narrow boats and not barges. Well, when we lived in Staffordshire they were always known as barges. It depends on the width of the canal. Some canals are very narrow, hence the name narrow boat ?

Did someone say narrow boats and not barges. Well, when we lived in Staffordshire they were always known as barges. It depends on the width of the canal. Some canals are very narrow, hence the name narrow boat ?
