AJ (aged 4) : Mama, there's a broken house.

Mama : Yes, darling. Look I think someone's using it as a shed.

AJ (lighting up with an idea) : Mama, we could buy it!

Mama : (absent-mindedly) I don't think so, sweetie.

AJ (after a pause) : No, I suppose we couldn't get it up the hill.
