Weather report

Much, much warmer today, and set to rise further this week. Damp and misty, but the thick cloud is parting in many places, revealing snow-clad peaks and the occasional shred of blue sky.

I bet you are in cloud cover a lot, being on a mountain. Such a joy when one can see sky and land peeking out from behind them, but low clouds or fog have such a beauty in themselves. I love waking up to fog...so eery in the winter, and warm months it is pure magic when I discover how many spider webs I actually have in the gardens and grass. Dew drops from fog making art of everything it settles on takes away all that false sense of dreariness.
