Hot and thundery. 

Twenty jars of homemade cherry jam on the kitchen table refusing to gel. Must be the weather...

Awww that's frustrating - but I'm sure they'll make wonderful syrup for pancakes etc. My mom used to serve cold cherry soup for us every summer - maybe that's what happened to her jams and how she got the idea to use it as soup!

M. likes it runny - or so he says...and now you've got me thinking - syrup for ice cream as well as pancakes. Yummy!

Even Robertsons have that problem with marmalade.
