I'm not doing either. I'm staying indoors! It's cold and rainy. Storms last night have left snow on the mountain-tops across in Lombardy, and all roads in central Switzerland are reported to be blocked.

Hi Louise,
We have also had winter weather, snow, ice and a very cold easterly wind here in the UK. It must be very pretty being surrounded by the mountains with snow caps. Keep warm, burn some more wood.
I lied -- the chicks need feeding, damn them! Then I'm going to light a fire.
